A would-be robber got a big surprise when he stuck up a gas station in Wauwatosa last weekend.
Witnesses say the man demanded cash and cigarettes and kept his hand in his pocket, inferring he was carrying a gun.
One of the victims inside the station was Calmonta Harris’ sister.
Harris chased the man down, bumped him with his car, then gave him a pretty good beating. Police say Harris won’t face any charges.
The robber’s name hasn’t been released.
