The Carolina Panthers say they are looking for an offense-minded coach and that’s good news for former Packer head man Mike McCarthy.
Several sources say McCarthy talked with the Panthers about their need for a head coach Sunday.
Carolina’s Ron Rivera was fired earlier this month with his team in the midst of what is now a 5-10 season.
Rivera was handicapped by the loss to injury of starting quarterback Cam Newton.
