Aaron Jones had two touchdowns on the ground and Devante Adams caught a scoring pass from Aaron Rodgers.
Kenny Clark had two sacks of Bears quarterback Mitch Trubisky and Rashan Gary added a third.
Chicago scored the last 10 points of the game but never was able to catch up.
The Packers play at Minnesota next weekend.
