Park Falls has big plans for its downtown area, including relocating businesses, buying blighted properties, moving its City Hall, and developing a new “City Center” park.
The Park Falls Common Council was presented with a one-and-a-half-million dollar plan Monday.
Part of the deal is Forward Bank building a new multi-million dollar facility.
City Hall would be relocated into the former bank building. Public and private investment in the total revitalization project could exceed four-million dollars.
