Torrey Joel Cronce, 41, Mabitowoc, robbery with threat of force on 4/1/19, Guilty due to no contest plea, Sentence withheld and defendant is placed on probation to DOC for a period of five (5) years. Conditions of probation: 1) Assessment, treatment, counseling as deemed appropriate by the Departments assessment process; 2) No contact with Meadow Lanes North, the facility or recreation center; 3) No contact with Steve Skarda or Janice Zich; 4) Undergo a psychological evaluation if the agent feels it is appropriate; 5) AODA assessment and follow through; 6) Maintain absolute sobriety; 7) Obtain and maintain fulltime employment, if the defendant chooses to go to school it would be on top of working fulltime; 8) Pay court costs; 9) Pay supervision fees in an amount to be determined by DOC; 10) Submit to DNA sample; 11) Spend twelve (12) months jail, that is eight (8) months up front commencing forthwith and four (4) months stayed to be imposed at agents discretion and by further order of the court; 12) The defendant is ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $245.00, the court will sign an order to release $98.00 that is held in evidence at Manitowoc Police Department, the defendant is ordered to pay the remaining $147.00 within the first year of probation. The court also orders one (1) year revocation of the defendants drivers license. The defendant authorizes transfer of the jail sentence to Sheboygan County.

The parties are to schedule restitution hearing with the judicial assistant.
