A norovirus outbreak has led district officials to cancel Friday classes at Johnson Creek Elementary School.
The middle school, high school and alternative schools are still open. District officials say about 70 students at the elementary school showed symptoms Thursday – or their parents called them in as being sick.
So far, no members of the staff have reported norovirus symptoms.
