The Wisconsin Democrat maintains there is “no doubt” about President Trump’s intentions in his dealings with Ukraine.
Pocan says it is “crystal clear” Trump was holding back funding until an investigation of Joe Biden was at least announced.
Former Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker has compared the impeachment proceedings to the 2012 effort to recall him.
Pocan rejects that, pointing out that Walker never broke the law.
