The Wisconsin women’s hockey team plays in the Country Classic in Nashville this week, part of an effort to bring women’s college hockey to another area of the country.
Four teams are playing at the practice home of the N-H-L Nashville Predators. The Badgers play Harvard this afternoon at 4:30, then take on Boston College Saturday at 1:00 P-M.
Top-ranked Minnesota is the fourth team in the tournament.
Badgers’ top scorer Daryl Watts played for Boston College last year before transferring and she leads U-W with 41 points.
