A Manitowoc man offered up little resistance to police when he was questioned about possessing drug paraphernalia.
Officers were sent to the 37-year-old man’s home in the 1100 block of South 19th Street on a report that he had the paraphernalia. Officers met with an individual from Genesis Behavioral Services, who issued the report.
The man spoke with the suspect, who immediately showed the man and the officer where he has a one-hit pipe, which had a bunt residue that smelled of marijuana.
The man was taken to the Manitowoc County Jail without incident, on a charge of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
