Sheboygan Police made three arrests early this morning regarding several overnight car entries.
At approximately 2:45 a.m., an off-duty Sheboygan Police Officer reported witnessing subjects breaking into vehicles in the Fellowship Neighborhood on the city’s northwest side. He was able to obtain a description of the vehicle and license plate number as the suspects fled the area.
About a half-hour later, other officers located the vehicle parked at the Meijer gas station, occupied by three Milwaukee men, all of whom are 18 years old. Officers saw the stolen property in the vehicle, and took the men into custody on charges of theft and attempted theft as a party to a crime.
Officers will be contacting owners of property that could be identified, but any other residents who became the victim of a theft from their vehicle are encouraged to contact the Police Department at 920-459-3333 with a description of any missing property.
