The Wisconsin Football Coaches Association has announced its’ 2019 All-Region Teams. Regions have been reorganized into four Large school and four Small school categories.
The undefeated Kiel Raiders have four players selected to the Region-3 Small unit: Quarterback Mitch Mahler, Offensive Lineman Kegan Kerber, Wide Receiver Hunter Scharenbroch and Defensive Lineman Ian Clark. Also named to that squad was Reedsville Defensive Lineman Cole Ebert, Brillion Runningback Cody Brandenburg and the Hilbert duo of Offensive Lineman/Defensive End Hayden Thiel and Inside Linebacker Evan Lau.
Among All-Region-2 Large picks are: Denmark’s Wide Receiver Seth Alexander & Defensive End Mike Rabas. The Kewaunee Storm had ‘3’ choices on the All-Region-2 Small squad: Offensive and Defensive Lineman Tanor Bartolini, Runningback Owen Kudick and Quarterback Ryan Carmichael. The W-F-C-A All-State Small and Large Teams will be announced next Monday.
