Are you someone that only carries a credit card instead of cash? If so, The Salvation Army of Manitowoc County is offering a quick way to pass the red kettles guilt-free this season! When you purchase a Season Pass Pin, there’s no need to dig for change every time you are at one of The Salvation Army’s iconic red kettles. Pins are available in $20 and $100 increments, and are good for the 2019 kettle season. Shoreline Hometown Credit Union will be matching each pin sale again this year. “Donors can wear the pin on their coat or jacket throughout the season,” said Lt. Jenny Moffitt, the Corps Officer of the Manitowoc Salvation Army. “It’s a great way to let others know that you support The Salvation Army and that you’re someone who cares about your neighbors in need.” Proceeds will be used to support many critical programs and services in Manitowoc County, including Toys for Kids, Coats for Kids, helping the homeless and food for the hungry. Shoreline will match any donations up to $5,000 during this campaign. “We are very thankful to Shoreline Hometown Credit Union for their sponsorship and allowing donors to double their donation allowing us to raise even more funds for our programs”
Season Pass pins are available at Shoreline Credit Union starting November 18 at their both branch locations at 4400 Calumet Ave, Manitowoc and 3131 Mishicot Rd, Two Rivers.
