Milwaukee police say a 25-year-old man, accused of being the hit-and-run driver who injured two children Monday afternoon, turned himself in Tuesday. The man’s name won’t be released until the Milwaukee County D-A decides on charges. Police say they have recovered the vehicle involved. A six-year-old child is being treated for serious injuries, while a four-year-old suffered only minor injuries. A hit-and-run last month killed two young sisters and hurt their 10-year-old cousin.
