There is only one meeting again in the city of Manitowoc this afternoon. At 4:00 PM, the Citizens Advisory Committee will be gathering in the First Floor Conference Room in City Hall, with only a couple of items on the agenda. Mayor Justin Nickels will give a community update, and will give a budget presentation. Then there will be a discussion on an upcoming Hmong community event. The public is allowed to come to the meeting.
