One of two Manitowoc residents taken into custody last Friday for allegedly selling methamphetamine out of her residence is free on a $2500 recognizance bond. Jacqueline M. Love is charged with being keeper of a drug house.
Officers received reports of suspected drug activity at a home in the 2000 block of Kemper Street. Love admitted to authorities she was selling meth out of her home and gave permission for customers to stay at her home while using it. A second suspect identified as Zane Menzell, according to Love, lived there and sold meth out of the residence. He was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant with no court appearance listed.
Conditions of bail are that Love has “no contact” with Menzell or any other known drug dealers or users, maintain absolute sobriety and report to the Manitowoc Police Department for photos and prints upon release. Her initial appearance is scheduled for November 25th at 1:30.
