A 28-year-old Sheboygan man will be spending the next 8 years behind bars after he was convicted in a drug overdose case.
Peter Bennet pleaded no contest to three felonies after he and two others were determined to have supplied the drugs that killed a person, who was found in the bathroom of the Mead Public Library.
The other two defendants are Jessica Grande, who was sentenced to nine years in prison back in September, and Damian Washington still faces seven felonies, including first-degree reckless homicide by delivery of drugs.
Washington’s next day in court won’t be until November 20th.
