Customers inside a Milwaukee bar interrupted a sexual assault last weekend, leading to the arrest of a registered sex offender.
The bar patrons were watching surveillance video playing on a television inside when they saw 42-year-old Isaac Turner begin touching a woman who was unconscious outside the business.
Police say the woman was highly intoxicated and couldn’t stop her attacker, but the people who rushed outside were able to.
A scheduling conference for Turner will be held November 18th.
