5 Sex Offenders Arrested In Halloween Sweep   

A Halloween sweep results in the arrests of five registered sex offenders in Milwaukee.  State parole agents say one offender had a porch light turned on and a bowl of candy visible.  Both are parole violations.  Agents say they make the sweeps to make sure hundreds of sex offenders in the city are complying with the rules of their release during Halloween week.
