A Sheboygan County bank robbery case is now headed to federal court. 35 year old William Balgie and 36 year old Justin Smith are accused of robbing three banks back in August including one in Glenbeulah.
According to Sheboygan County District Attorney Joel Urmanski, the state has dropped their charges against Balgie and Smith in favor of the federal charges of robbing a bank by force or violence.
The duo is also being accused of robbing two banks in Allenton and one in Menomonee Falls.
