A new trial date will be set for 22-year-old Julian D. Collazo, the man accused of stabbing a woman to death while she sat on a toilet two years ago. A Rock County Circuit Court judge declared a mistrial Thursday when he was told the jury couldn’t reach a verdict. A bailiff told the judge jury members were hostile and one member even threatened another. Collazo’s defense attorney had argued a woman who was with the defendant had killed 43-year-old Christine Scaccia-Lubeck.
