If you looked out on Lake Michigan yesterday, you would have seen waves crashing on the lakeshore, the lighthouse, and maybe you would have seen a surfer or two. Some area residents utilized the high winds to break out their surfboards, and ride the waves, which normally don’t get big enough to ride. The waves were crashing hard, as some splashes overshadowed the lighthouse at times. In Two Rivers, the water was flowing all the way up to the parking lot at Neshotah Beach. The furious wave action also brought out many area photographers, who wanted to grab a rare shot of Lake Michigan unleashing her fury.
