Manitowoc County Child Protection Group To Hold Self Defense Classes This Weekend

The Manitowoc County Child Protection Group (MCCPG) has partnered up with MantyDance and Monkey Wrench Martial Arts to provide Self Defense Classes. MCCPG is a newly formed organization for the protection of our children, who works to provide information and tools to empower our children. The classes, which will take place on Saturday, will be separated into different age groups. Children aged 8-12 will have the class from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM, while age 12-16 will go from 11:00 AM -12:30 PM. The cost is $15 per child. Adults who wish to attend can sign up for classes the first weekend in November, with one day classes costing $25, and both days totaling $40.  Those interested in more information should contact Tricia Nelson at 920-629-7452.
