The Council Chambers in Manitowoc’s City Hall will be a busy place this evening, as the Committee of the Whole, and the Common Council will both be holding meetings there. The prior will convene at 5:30 PM, and will enter a closed session to discuss the acquisition of a parking lot at 9th Street and Maritime Drive, as well as an extension to the development agreement with Doneff’s Schuette Building. The Common Council will then hold their meeting at 6:30 PM, ad will be discussing many items, including an unbudgeted request for plows for two new parks trucks, as well as a request for a Gator vehicle for Evergreen Cemetery. The public will also be allotted time to speak at that meeting.
