High School Football Playoff Pairings Announced

Pairings have been announced for the High School Football Playoff beginning next weekend. The WIAA matchups on Friday night will include in Division-1: Manitowoc Lincoln travels to Marquette University High School in Milwaukee the Rams from the Greater Metro Conference (at 6-&-3) having won 6-in a row, get a #2 seed in their 8-team grouping & will host the #7-
Shipbuilders, who were 4-&-5. In Division-3: Plymouth with a 2 seed hosts #7 Wisconsin Lutheran. In Division-4: The undefeated Kiel Raiders received a ‘1’ seed & they’ll host Campbellsport, while Denmark gets a ‘4’-seed and will be at home for Xavier. And, Sheboygan Falls..with a ‘2’ seed plays host to #7 Winneconne. In D-5: Kewaunee garners the ‘2’ seed and is home to face Omro, Chilton gains a 3rd seed & the Tigers host Wittenberg-Birnamwood & #4 New Holstein is home for Laconia. And, two games of local/area interest in D-7 Reedsville with a ‘6’ seed will travel to Rusk County for a matchup with Brookwood High School and, Hilbert with a ‘1’ seed is home against Rosholt. All opening night games Friday start at 7:00.
