Manitowoc Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying the individual who was seen on camera vandalizing the Rollaire Skate Center. The vandalism was reported on September 22nd, and the security video shows the white male, possibly in his late teens or early twenties tag the wall with “Kollin Kaye Was Here”. The male suspect was wearing dark shorts, a dark t-shirt, and latex gloves. CrimeStoppers is offering a $500 reward for any information that leads to the arrest of the person responsible.
