The City of Manitowoc Engineering Department has informed SeehaferNews.com that a section of North 5th Street will be closed through tomorrow. According to Greg Minikel, the section of North 5th between Cleveland and New York Avenues will be shut off to traffic while crews repair and replace a water service. It is anticipated that the road will be reopened to traffic by the end of the workday tomorrow.
