West Allis police say a 51-year-old woman was lying in an alley after falling early Friday morning. They say a vehicle driving in that alley hit Jean Haas but didn’t stop to help and no call was made to 9-1-1. Authorities are managed to track down the 53-year-old driver and take him into custody.
