A 21-year-old woman has been released on bail after a hearing on new drug charges. Erykah G. Cook appeared in Manitowoc County Court this afternoon after being arrested on a warrant when she and a man were reportedly fighting in a car. Cook faces charges of possession of THC and a controlled substance. Cook and another woman were in the car with a man in the 1400 block of Washington Street when police responded to a report of a fight. All three were taken into custody on active warrants. And Cook was found in possession of marijuana and ecstasy while being searched at the county jail. Bail was set at $2500 recognizance bond for Cook, and she was released. A condition of bail is that she maintain absolute sobriety.
