An Appleton woman has been arrested and is facing charges for allegedly repeatedly sexually assaulting a child. On Monday, an unidentified 14 year old boy made contact with the Kaukauna Police Department, and told them that 20 year old Dessiree D. Allan had been staying at his home, and that she would frequently assault him. He reportedly said that Allan would Get jealous if she saw him hanging out with other girls. When Allan was arrested, she admitted to the sexual encounters, claiming them to be consensual. She was then charged with Repeated Sexual Assault of Same Child.
