The northwestern Missouri man accused of tampering with a truck rented by two Wisconsin brothers has entered a not guilty plea. Garland “Joey” Nelson entered the plea in a Caldwell County, Missouri courtroom Monday during his arraignment. Nick and Justin Diemel of Shawano County were reported missing last summer and they are presumed to be dead. Human remains found on the Nelson farm near Braymer, Missouri haven’t been identified. The brothers had traveled to Missouri to visit the Nelson farm about a business deal.
