It will be a busy night this evening in Manitowoc’s City Hall. At 4:00 the Citizens Advisory Committee will gather in the First Floor Conference Room and will receive a community update from Mayor Justin Nickels. Then at 5:00 PM, the Council Chambers will be occupied by the Room Tax Commission. They will be discussing and possibly taking action on a two Discover Manitowoc Grant applications from Evergleams on Eighth and Lights on Lincoln Park. Then an hour later, the Finance Committee will gather in the Council Chambers. They will be reviewing an application from the soon to be opened “Renegades” bar for a liquor license.
