There is only one meeting in Manitowoc on the final day of September. The Board of Public Works will be gathering in the First Floor Conference Room in City Hall at 4:00 this evening, and will, as always, go over any noxious weed removal appeals. They will also be going over an agreement with Seiler Brothers Construction for the installation of concrete bases and an underground conduit on Quay Street from The Warf to the Carferry. That project is estimated to cost a little over $23,000.
