Numerous local fire department agencies responded to a shed fire yesterday in the Town of Manitowoc. Major of Operations Jason Orth of the Manitowoc County Sheriff’s Department tells SeehaferNews.com that the call came in just after noon for the blaze occurring in the 3000 Block of County Highway Q.
The approximate 32 by 45 foot pole building plus contents are deemed a “total loss”. No one was in the building and no injuries were reported and there is no dollar damage estimate at this time. The cause or origin of the fire is unknown and remains under investigation but it does not appear to be suspicious in nature. A dollar damage estimate and property owner(s) names(s) were not released.
