Around 220 people have signed up to participate in Prevent Suicide Manitowoc County’s 8th Annual Walk/Run for Hope tomorrow. Registration will be starting at 7:30 AM, with the 5K walk/run starting at around 9:00 AM. There will be a wide variety of items available on the silent auction block, and food will be available for purchase. Proceeds from the event will be going directly back to Prevent Suicide Manitowoc County, so they can continue to strive for zero suicides in the lakeshore area. Online registration will remain open at the group’s Facebook page until noon today. Our own Ryan Brahm will be on hand acting as the MC of the event.
