The identity of the man who allegedly attacked a Green Bay Fire Lieutenant has been identified as 26-year-old Jamie Sinclair. The Winnipeg, Canada native was reportedly under the influence of either drug and/or alcohol when he attacked LT. Cody Johnson. Johnson was attempting to get Sinclair out of the road when he began to punch Johnson in the head. Several people who witnessed the attack rushed to the aid of Johnson and were able to subdue Sinclair until police arrived. Sinclair continued to resist when officers attempted to put him in the squad car and had to pepper spray him.
