Report: Wisconsin Needs Younger Workers

Businesses in Wisconsin could be dealing with a worker shortage soon.  A report from Wisconsin Policy Forum says the state’s under-18 population has dropped by almost 45-thousand people in the last eight years.  As older workers retire from the Wisconsin workforce, there may not be enough younger workers to replace them.  The conclusion of the report issued last week is pretty simple — Wisconsin needs younger workers.
