A Silver Alert has been issued for a 67 year old Appleton man, who went missing from an assisted living facility in the city. Armando R. Rodriguez was last seen at the facility at 12:50 PM on September 21st, and is believed to be attempting to visit family in Milwaukee or Ozaukee counties or possibly Texas. Rodriguez stands at 5’ 6” tall, weighs 168 lbs., and was last seen with a white bushy beard, wearing an orange baseball cap and carrying a black duffel bag. He was last seen at a KFC restaurant in Stevens Point, but still remains at large.
