Preston Smith had three sacks and Aaron Jones scored two touchdowns as the Green Bay Packers beat Denver Sunday 27-16. Green Bay’s record improves to 3-0. Broncos quarterback Joe Flacco was sacked six times and the Packer defense forced three turnovers. Aaron Rodgers connected on 17-of-29 passes for 235 yards and a 40-yard T-D pass to Marquez Valdes-Scantling. That pass put the Packers up 7-0 and they never trailed, though the scored was tied two times. Green Bay gets right back to work Thursday with a home game against the Eagles.
