The Appleton Police Department have confirmed the identity of the man who was shot and killed over the weekend. 47 year old Bobby Higgs of Green Bay was found deceased in an Appleton home at around 5:40 AM on Sunday, after police were called to perform a welfare check. Authorities have also released photos of potential witnesses to the death yesterday, which can be seen in the Slideshow below. Officer Meghan Cash, Appleton Police Department told reporters, “We just hope people continue to help us identify people.
