Over the weekend the Manitowoc Lutheran Boys Cross Country team captured 1st place at the 10 school Roncalli Invitational. The Lancers had 5 of the top 11 runners with seniors Nolan Winter and Josh Zander placing 2nd and 3rd, respectively. Lutheran won it with 25 points followed by Two Rivers in 2nd place with 76.
In the Girls division, Anna Gallagher of the Raiders was the best Individual runner while Lancers’ sophomore Brooklyn Luebke wound-up 2nd establishing a new school record in the 5K run, and breaking the previous mark set by Grace Vogt in 2016.
