The Milwaukee man accidentally wounded by an unidentified police officer last weekend says he has hired an attorney and will pursue legal action against the city. Forty-one-year-old Tari Davis accuses the officer who shot him by mistake of being reckless. Twenty-two-year-old Kevin Brown had led police on a chase, running two dozen stop signs and red lights during a 14-mile pursuit. Brown ran inside the house where Davis was staying with his four daughters.
