A 19-year-old La Crosse man was already facing sexual assault charges when he was arrested Wednesday for drug possession and possession of a firearm by a felon. Ronald Crosby Junior is being held in the La Crosse County Jail without bond. The situation has led Police Chief Rob Abraham to repeat his call for accountability from judges in the county. Crosby was free on bond after an arrest on child sexual assault charges earlier this summer.
