A Milwaukee convenience store owner says he has had at least a half-dozen teenagers ride up on bicycles, come inside and overwhelm the clerk, then make off with merchandise worth 100-dollars, or more. Another store owner says he locks his doors when he sees the group approaching and he has hired security guards. The business owners say they’re losing a lot of money and sometimes police will take an hour or more to respond.
