Five people were recently sentenced in Green Bay Federal Court on charges including conspiracy to distribute 50 grams or more of methamphetamine. The suspects are 26 year old Konkapot Betz, who has been sentenced to 12 years’ prison followed by 5 years of supervised release, 36 year old John Otto, and 25 year old Cole Rittenhouse, who will both be spending 10 years in prison followed by 5 years of supervised release, 27 year old Alex Pociopa who will be on 8 years of supervised release following a 64 month stint in prison, and 26 year old Mariah Becker, who was sentenced to 5 years in prison followed by 5 years of supervised release. The suspects were all arrested back in November of 2018 following a search warrant at the apartment of Pociopa and Becker.
