Madison police say the wrong man was originally charged in a fatal accident last month. The investigation revealed 32-year-old Antoine K. Tempel was a passenger — not the driver — of the car involved. A 44-year-old Oregon man who fled the scene, Jason A. Natcone, now faces tentative charges of homicide by intoxicated use of a motor vehicle and hit-and-run involving death. Seventy-one-year-old Frederick A. Majer was killed August 8th when his vehicle was rear-ended by the car being driven by Natcone.
