15-Year-Old Milwaukee Suspect Charged With 1st-Degree Reckless Homicide

A 15-year-old Milwaukee boy faces charges of first-degree reckless homicide in a weekend shooting death on the city’s south side.  Jose L. Orta is chargted as an adult.  A witness tells police Orta shot 22-year-old Terren J. Fezer Saturday night after the two had been selling drugs.  Fezer was hit twice after he got in his car to drive to his girlfriend’s house.  Orta could be sentenced to 60 years in prison if he is found guilty.
