The Manitowoc International Relations Association is the only city group holding a meeting this evening. The association will gather at 6:00 PM in the Council Chambers in City Hall. They will be discussing several items including an update on the 2019 and 2020 Student Exchange Programs, the Pen Pal Program, and fundraising. They will also be talking about the next Adult Delegation trip. The public is welcome to attend the meeting.
