Seventh District Congressman Sean Duffy has announced he is leaving office September 23rd to help care for a child facing medical complications. The baby is due in October. Duffy is the latest of several Republicans who have decided not to run for re-election. Voters in northern Wisconsin sent him to Washington in 2010. Democratic Governor Tony Evers will call a special election to replace the 47-year-old politician who says he needs a break from public service.
