The Two Rivers City Council met last week, and one major talking point was to set a public hearing for their first meeting in September. City Manager Greg Buckley explained to SeehaferNews.com what the hearing will be for on Tuesday September 2nd. “That will be on a proposed Conditional Use Permit for an indoor/outdoor recreational facility over at 1206 25th Street in the I-1 Industrial District.”
Buckley went on to explain what the Conditional Use Permit would be for, saying that Scare USA has a permit to operate on a seasonal basis in the lead up to Halloween, but this permit would “allow for events in that space year round.”
Buckley explained that the proposed time restrictions would be 1:00 am Saturday and Sunday morning (aka Friday and Saturday night) and 10:00 PM the other nights. It is not known exactly what kind of events will be run there the remaining months of the year.
