Trial for a man accused of killing a mother and her daughter four years ago could be delayed again. A Brown County judge has ordered another competency exam for Jacob Cayer. Investigators say Cayer broke into his former girlfriend’s house, stabbing Sabrina Teague and her mother to death. Teague’s boyfriend survived the attack and called 9-1-1. Cayer’s trial has been delayed several times due to repeated questions about his mental fitness for trial.
